and a variety of decorating options, our engineers can work with your creative team to bring almost any design to production.
We can plate on both ABS and PC/ABS materials and are not limited by the size of the grille as evidenced by our ability to
produce those used on the Hummer H3 and many commercial trucks.

The Grille on the Hummer H3 represents one of the largest plated plastic parts in the industry and Siegel-Robert's ability
to hold extremely tight tolerances was of paramount importance in achieving a clean fit.

Robotic painting lines offer a myriad of finish including high gloss, basecoat, clearcoat, 2k systems and blackout in a
quick change system that allows for a high degree of color flexibility.

This sequentially molded grill frame utilized 14 sequenced valve gates to reduce weld lines and earned design awards for best
Multicomponent/Sequential best automotive exterior part. The grille is made of ASA with a chrome plated ABS center bar and
vacuum metalized emblem. By varying the style of the assembly's three components – frame, bar, and louvers – different
looks can be achieved with JIT inventory.
