As the only manufacturer of chrome door handles with in-house electroplating capabilities, Siegel-Robert leads the industry in terms of design and quality for automotive door handle assemblies. Handles can be plated with five different finishes or painted to match any body color.

With advanced gas assist and co-injection molding capabilities, even more possibilities open. Gas assist molding speeds up manufacturing cycles, reduces material usage, and creates a more robust handle while co-injected parts feature strong core materials with exterior plastics that have better finishing characteristics.

One tug releases the latch and pulls the handle rearward to open the gate. The pull-handle and bezel are made in a gas assist molding operation that utilize 40% glass filled nylon 6 to provide a strong, light, and aesthetically pleasing assembly.
