Gas Assist Molding Gas Assist Molding speeds up manufacturing cycles, reduces material usage, and creates a
stronger part as the hollow component has more structural rigidity.

Co-Injection Molding
Co-Injection Molding utilizes strong interior materials like glass filled nylon in combination with exterior materials that
have better finishing characteristics.

Sequential Molding
Sequential molding is a very efficient technology that uses two or more molds to produce a multi-material component.
Siegel-Robert won a number of design awards for this sequentially molded grill frame that utilized 14 sequenced valve
gates to reduce weld lines. The grille is made of ASA with a chrome plated ABS center bar.
