NOTE: Internet Explorer 6 for Windows supports both downloading and uploading of files. Internet Explorer 5 and Safari for Macintosh support FTP for downloading only. Firefox for Windows and Macintosh support FTP for downloading only.

To download files:

For Internet Explorer 7:

1. Click the Getting Started link at the bottom of the page. 
2. Follow instructions:  To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer.
3. Select the file you'd like to download and "drag and drop" files from one location to another with your mouse.

For Internet Explorer 6:

1. Click the Getting Started link at the bottom of the page. 
2. An Explorer window will open.
3. Select the file you'd like to download and "Drag and Drop" files from one location to another with your mouse.

To upload files:

For Internet Explorer (Windows):

1. Login to this FTP tool.
2. Select the file you'd like to upload.
3. "Drag and Drop" files from one location to another with your mouse.
